An historical event is in the making on the north coast as the much anticipated Palm Lakes Estate starts taking shape.

Phase one of Royal Palms Estate is being carried out according to plan and the developers’ expectations. As the development takes the form of a new town, over five kilometres of roads will be completed by 15 December 2006 together with the show house and the entire basic infrastructure.
